6. Be an excellent money-manager!

There are many programmes and articles that teach us excellent techniques on money management. The best I have found so far is the jar system. It is very simple and is available to anyone. It doesn’t matter how old you are or how much money you receive on a monthly basis. As long as you are consistent with the execution and follow the rules, you will be surprised how dramatically your life will change within a few months. Nowadays, many people have financial issues, not because of the lack of money, but because they are missing the knowledge to manage their income. It is crucial to track where our money goes, and to know how much we have spent each month. You need to separate your net income into 6 different accounts for the following purposes: necessity, financial freedom, long term savings for spending, play, education, and contribution. If you would like to know more about what each of these accounts means, and the percentage breakdown of how your total net salary should be allocated then get your Financial Freedom video series and start learning about recreating your financial destiny in your own pace.

7. Find a supportive network or / and join a mastermind group!

There are two things that have a huge impact on our lives, the people we hang out with, and the books we read.

I highly recommend you take a good look around yourself and try to eliminate those from your life who don’t support you, belittle you, or hold you back from achieving your goals, and surround yourself with like-minded people. First build a supportive network, and then start thinking big. Creative people don’t see things for what they are; they see them for what they can be. 8. Constantly invest in the whole you – body, mind and soul!

After all, that is the best investment you can ever make. When it comes to money management I’m surprised that many people ignore this great way of investing in themselves. But only through learning we can grow. Education is actually one of my favourite accounts. 10% of our net salary should be spent on courses, books, and educational DVDs and CDs. After all, we are our most valuable asset.

9. Give your body, soul, and mind
what they desire!

Make sure you have some time each day to nourish and pamper yourself and try to meditate on a regular basis.

Building a stronger and more energised body can take us all the way. Food should fuel our body as well as feed our mind and soul. Don’t forget when we give our body the best, we get rewarded for that.

As we all know, physical activity is good for both our body and our mind, as well as adding years to our lives and life to our years! The great thing about working out is that it can definitely improve our mood. By exercising, we have time to relax and forget about work. We might also feel better about our appearance and ourselves when we exercise regularly. Obviously, there are many other health benefits of physical activity, as it reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases and type 2 diabetes, controls our weight, strengthens our bones and our muscles, and the list could go on and on.

10. Start writing a success or gratitude journal!

Keeping a success journal is an amazing way to reinforce the importance of your daily accomplishments. Success breeds success. We are so often our worst critic, but with the help of this exercise, we can remind ourselves how special we are, and with that, we could really work towards boosting our self-esteem. 

Please note, that keeping a gratitude journal can also help you focus on the positive things in your life.
